We are also part-owners of Glass Miles Real Estate, which was established 30 years ago. Based in Christchurch, we sell homes throughout Canterbury; from Amberley to Akaroa and  Ashburton. We were both brought up in Christchurch—in Bishopdale/Harewood and we now live in Bishopdale.​

Stewart Ching

 Stewart’s background before becoming a real estate agent in the mid-1990’s was in the racing industry – initially as a jockey, then in a judiciary role related to upholding the integrity of the industry.

Stewart’s trustworthiness and commitment to transparency with vendors and buyers, play a big part in why most of Stewart and Sally’s clients are referrals and repeat clients.

Like Sally, Stewart loves travelling and unwinding by working in their garden.

Sally Ching

Sally has been involved in the real estate industry since 2006 when she gained her Real Estate Sales licence.

Sally’s experience in the education sector and motel management enhances her work as a real estate agent; from guiding you through the sales process to negotiating the very best price for your home.

When she can, Sally enjoys travelling—especially to Brisbane, so she can deliver long-awaited cuddles to her granddaughter.

Dexter Ching

Dexter has oodles of energy and is the attention-seeker of the three of us! On our regular walks around Bishopdale, Dexter is a people magnet - gathering many pats along the way (he bounces and ‘boings’ instead of walking sedately, so it’s no wonder he gets noticed).

Dexter loves taking his humans out for exercise and while we’re being walked, we enjoy meeting people from the neighbourhood. As luck would have it, Dexter’s mum and some of his siblings also live in the Bishopdale/Harewood area.

About Spoodles: also known as Cockapoos, Spoodles are a hybrid breed initially developed by crossing pure-bred English Cocker Spaniels with Toy Poodles. Bred for the intelligence of the Poodle and outgoing, devoted nature of the Cocker Spaniel, Spoodles love people, attention and family fun. Dexter is totally true to his breed!
